Checklist of Things:

Please be noticed of the following things before coming to China/Chengdu:

1.Valid passport (with valid Chinese visa).

2.JW202 Form (student page) and Admission Notice which you received from SWUFE (may be unavailable for L visa applicant).

3.WHOLE SET of medical certificate including every detailed report, if you have done a medical test according to the requirements of local Chinese Embassy/Consulate.

4.Notarized certificate of family relationship, if you have accompanying family members who’re coming to China with you or will be coming afterwards (please see “Visa Affairs” Chapter for details).

5.Diploma/Certificate of Finishing Study/Letter of Acceptance for Transferring, if you transferred from another Chinese university/school or finished/suspended/aborted study in another Chinese university/school (please see “Chapter 2.6.3 - E - #3” for details).

6.Make sure you have informed us of your arrival information.

7.In China, voltage/frequency is 220v/50Hz, and the following outlets/plugs are commonly used:
